There’s no doubt switched-on night owls are already aware of Bamao Yendé’s work alongside
his Boukan Records team: they’ve promoted atmospheres in Paris which were previously
marginalized in the capital, between Garage House, Peckham broken beat, Kuduro, Highlife
and Batida from the four corners of Africa via Lisbon and ebullient house tuned to the global
sound-system. The young producer-curator from Cergy is implicitly driven by one and only
intention: to break down the barriers that exist in nightlife by cueing up bangers released on his
label and destroying dance floors by playing some of the warmest (black) music produced these last decades.

JLSXND7RS is a boundary-pushing music producer known for his contributions to grime and electronic music. With a signature sound that blends raw energy with cutting-edge production, he has collaborated with some of the most respected names in UK grime, including CASISDEAD, Wiley, JME, Chipmunk, Lethal B, Footsie, Merky Ace and Novelist. Over the course of almost a decade, Mukuna has become a significant presence in the Basel dance music scene.

As a producer, Mukuna’s music draws from early childhood experiences learning Senegalese
drums to map out connections to his own musical heritage. Percussive rhythms continue to form the core of his practice, across his work with Somatic Rituals, the label he co-founded in 2017, and on compilations from Behuá Icára, ClubCultureCH and Electronic Beats.

Aryu Jassika, Cape Town-based Dj/producer cut their teeth in the local London dance music
scene. Later forming SWAK collective with JUMPING BACK SLASH throwing parties across
South Africa and Berlin. On paper, the all-star lineups introduced a new and exciting party
hosting some of the global dance scene’s most sought-after upcoming and established talent. At
their core and on the dance floor, the parties have always been a platform to showcase artists
that truly represent the depth of the creative community while simultaneously providing a space for new and rising talent.
